What Kids Will Learn
This class turns snack time into party time! A variety of bite sized treats are created in this hands-on culinary class. Fro sweet to savory, crunchy to creamy every combination is designed to be a mini version of your favorite food. Students will learn how to plan, prep and plate crowd pleasing hors d’oeuvres for family and friends.
What we’ll learn: We’ll be exploring a host of flavors and create sensational appetizers in the form of mini sliders, skewers, crostini, dips, spreads and fondues; using as much seasonal produce as we can get our hands on! We’ll create easy and interesting ways to serve and present these delicious creations. This 3 hour class will show young chefs that great gatherings start with great food.
Learn it, make it, share it, host it…the best parties are the ones you cook yourself!
