Cancellation Policy

We understand that life goes on and situations arise. If you need to cancel your/students participation in a class it must be cancelled 5 days prior to the class for a full refund.

If you have registered and paid for a class and do not show up and do not inform Peppercorn Academy through email peppercornacademy@gmail.com or phone call 651-359-0657 before the start of class, there will be a non-refundable $25.00 fee charged.

As in all kitchen settings, it is EXTREMEMLY IMPORTANT that you/participant do not attend class if unwell. We want to keep everyone safe, happy and healthy. If you need to cancel for an illness (because illnesses can occur at any time) please call Tanna/Chef-Instructor @ 651-359-0657 to let us know you are unable to attend and accommodations will be made.

Classes are designed to be full of fun and great information...unfortunately if your child is late, we may/will not be able to let them participate as we go over the safety features and procedures at the beginning of the class and will not be able to stop and start over if your child arrives late.

Please be prompt for the start of class and the end of class.
