What Kids Will Learn
In this hands-on class, you’ll discover why mastering frozen treats is one of the most exciting (and useful!) skills in the kitchen. The class teaches the magic of creamy emulsions. We’ll discover how fruit, sugar, and science come together to make something refreshing and bold.
Will reveal how small technique changes can create vastly different textures. The chef-led class will give kids everyday confidence — blending flavors, balancing sweetness and building something delicious in minutes.
Peppercorn Academy teaches real culinary fundamentals: temperature control, flavor pairing, mixing methods and how to turn simple ingredients into something extraordinary. Once you know how frozen treats work, you can invent your own flavors forever.
