What Kids Will Learn

Lively, hands-on kitchen adventure where students will explore the fundamentals and science of baking and how to successfully work with chocolate.

It’s equal parts skill-building and experimentation. Students leave with a better understanding of how to work with chocolate as an ingredient, discover some unexpected flavors that work well with it and leave with a collection of treats they’re proud to share.

This class introduces students to hands-on chocolate work. The curriculum highlights technique, creativity and an understanding of how ingredients behave in both baking and chocolate making.
