What Kids Will Learn

Roll up your sleeves and dive into a hands-on cooking adventure where kids learn to make gluten-free snacks that go way beyond flour swaps.

We’ll explore naturally gluten‑free ingredients — think crunchy veggies, hearty grains and creative binders — to craft tasty bites that are safe, satisfying and full of flavor. Each child mixes, shapes and tastes their own creations while discovering how gluten-free cooking can be delicious, inventive, and empowering.
